Coordinated multi-city hospitality experiences for Coldplay’s World tour on behalf of Cisco and AWS, managed pre-show hospitality suites, and curated VIP backstage and on-stage experiences for AWS guests.

Oversaw logistics across markets, including vendor coordination, staffing plans, credentialing, and guest movement. Led on-site execution to ensure seamless transitions between hospitality, backstage access, and show moments while maintaining a high-touch VIP experience.
