Produced an immersive Disney+ pop-up activation, leading venue management, scenic fabrication, and full immersive design and décor. Oversaw weekly venue rental and on-site operations, managed staffing including brand ambassadors and Santa talent, coordinated security, and handled end-to-end logistics.

Directed the installation and takeover of a custom vehicle from the iconic Home Alone house within a high-traffic public experience.
