Produced premiere screening and after-party experiences in Miami. Managed a large-scale outdoor step-and-repeat for talent arrivals, along with indoor screening branding and décor.

Oversaw the transition to a separate after-party location, leading full venue transformation, F&B, staffing, and experiential design across both events. Handled talent-facing logistics, guest flow, hospitality, and vendor teams, while directing run-of-show and on-site execution from arrivals through after-party close
