Led production for an executive-level summit for LA28, managing stage build, AV, scenic, branding, and high-touch hospitality. Oversaw multi-day load-in, rehearsals, and live program execution, along with full-day programming including presentations, panels, and networking moments.

Directed venue coordination, staffing, guest logistics, and integrated hospitality throughout the experience. Managed vendor teams, run-of-show development, and speaker coordination, ensuring seamless execution across sessions and branded environments.
