For the past four years, I led multi-market casting tours across multiple cities, overseeing end-to-end touring logistics and execution. This included coordinating trucking schedules and asset movement between markets, managing venue relationships in each city, and ensuring consistency of the brand experience across locations.

I developed scalable production models to streamline builds and staffing, and sourced and managed local BA teams in each market. I handled city-specific permitting, load-ins, and run-of-show execution.
