Peacock | S2 The Paper x Graters 2026I led the end-to-end production of a branded ice cream truck activation supporting S2, bringing Graeter’s Ice Cream to multiple high-traffic locations across New York City. I managed the full production lifecycle, including budgeting, permitting, location planning, staffing, security, food-handling requirements, vendor coordination, vehicle branding, collateral, and on-site logistics.
I oversaw the development and execution of the activation across Chelsea/Meatpacking and The Battery, coordinating public sampling alongside a private talent moment featuring Sabrina Impacciatore and Alex Edelman. I managed production schedules, crew and vendor teams, product quantities and distribution planning, photography deliverables, and real-time on-site execution to ensure a seamless experience across both locations.
