Supported production for an intimate reveal of a new Waymo self-driving vehicle, designed to showcase the technology in a controlled, guest-focused environment with onsite product specialists.

Oversaw lighting, technical production, staffing, and overall event logistics, including brand ambassador briefing, check-in and credentialing, and guest flow. Managed venue coordination, F&B planning, and onsite execution to support both product education and hospitality.
